DESCRIPTION:Do you have aspirations of becoming a trainer? \nWe are looking to train the next series of presenters who are wishing to improve their presentation skills. \n“From Speaker to Trainer” is a workshop designed to help participants move from being a speaker to an effective trainer. Properly trained people increase productivity and make fewer mistakes. Learn and practice the five steps involved in preparing and presenting a training program using adult learning principles. Learn the roles of trainers and the differences between public speaking and training\, and gain practical experience in facilitating discussion and conducting exercises. \n\nTea and Coffee all day / Lunch is included \n$20- (on the day) includes all learning materials
